PVC Self-Locking Sleeve - PE - PVC/BO

• Guaranteed sealing with enveloping seal and offer great flexibility and are very easy to install thanks to the compression of the seal which allows an angular deviation of up to 3.5°, locked ends for HDPE and PVC-U and PVC-BO tubes
• Corrosion resistance: epoxy coating 250 Microns Flanges & Internal part GSK standards.

• Angular deviation ±3.5°.
• Simple bolting.

• NF EN 12842: 2012: Ductile iron fittings for PVC & PE and or PVC-BO pipeline systems
• ISO 2531: Ductile iron pipes, fittings and accessories.
• ISO 7005-2: 1988: Metal flanges, cast iron flanges.
• ISO 7483: Dimensions of joints to be used with ISO 7005 flanges.

Approval:

• Certificate of sanitary conformity.

Note:

• The anchoring system takes up the forces due to the hydraulic pressure within the limit of the PFA. It is not designed to withstand the mechanical forces of the pipes.
• Vertical upward mounting not recommended

• Range: For PVC-U, PVC-BO (Request the list of compatible tube manufacturers) and PE 80 or PE 100 PN16, DN 50 to 600.
• For pipes with PVC external diameters.
• PFA 16
• Use temperature: +0°C to +60°C.
