Product Description
  • Service safety: - Single-leaf non-return valve for drinking water and neutral liquids, designed to offer optimal performance with low pressure loss and opening under low pressure differential.
  • High quality epoxy powder coating RAL 5005 applied internally and externally with a minimum coating thickness of 250 µm Fusion bonded epoxy coating in accordance with DIN 3476-1, EN 14901 and GSK (RAL) -GZ662)
  • Epoxy coating, approved for drinking water, electrostatically applied according to DIN 3476-1
  • Compact design requiring little space for mounting.
  • Bronze seat, ensuring robustness and longevity for high pressure.
  • Spindle in 420 stainless steel.
  • Leaf in 420 stainless steel.
  • Self-bearing lubricant for smooth, maintenance-free operation.
  • Removable cap facilitating rapid maintenance without having to remove the valve from the network.
  • Almost zero cavitation effect thanks to the geometric configuration of the valve.
  • Possibility of installing the lever to the left or right of the valve, thus facilitating application on walls or other obstacles.
  • Reliability and stability of the system seal, designed with a double arm support on the axis and a shutter designed to fit the valve body seal.
  • Round EPDM cover gasket fixed in a housing, surrounding the bolts to ensure a perfect seal.
  • Versatility of installation:
  • Horizontal or vertical installation (upward flow) to adapt to all networks.


    • Options:

    • On on request, possibility of supplying the valve with Seat, Leaf and Shaft in AISI 316L stainless steel, as well as by-pass and plug applications for checking and cleaning.
    • Limit switch for precise control of the movement.
    • Protective casing to secure the lever arm and the counterweight.


    Compliance with standards:

    • Designed according to EN 1074 part 3.
    • Waterproofing: category A according to standard EN 12266-1.
    • Drilling of flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2: ISO PN 10 or 16 from DN 40 to 600.
    • Distance between faces according to EN 558 -1, 48 series and ISO 5752 48 series.


    Approval:

    • ACS (Certificate of Health Conformity).

    • PFA 16 from DN 50 to 150.
    • PFA 10 or 16 from DN 200 to 600.
    • Operating temperature: 0°C to + 70°C.
