• Reducer with TK System (Patented System) : The Elite + model is equipped with an exclusive TK reducer, providing the ideal solution for reliable opening and closing, thanks to motion kinematics specifically adapted to the requirements of the butterfly valve. This ensures precise control even at low flow rates, with an adjustment range of up to 96%.
• The reducer is designed with a cast iron body and protective housing : a feature that offers significant resistance to wear and friction. The screw/nut system is made of bronze, adding an extra layer of protection against wear. It is coated according to GSK standards, with a coating thickness reaching 250 microns, ensuring optimal durability in various environments. Additionally, the device is rated IP68, guaranteeing water and dust-tight protection, and is equipped with an integrated visual indicator for easy position management.
• ISO-Prepared Connections for Actuation:The inlet and outlet flange connections of the TK reducer are standardized in a motorized version according to DIN ISO 5210/5211, allowing complete flexibility for all servo motor operating modes.
