Features

• Approved isolation valve and or flow regulator, the cover and the seat are equipped with special holes or grooves which overlap during the opening process so that the regulation characteristics are guaranteed exactly according to the customer specifications.
• Complete and direct passage, metal-to-metal seal guaranteed in both flow directions, low pressure loss.
• X20Cr13 steel body and wedge seat well fitted and machined to obtain a perfect surface finish, ensuring perfect sealing.
• Valves from DN50 to DN 300 are equipped with an axial bearing to guarantee reduced operating torques
• Rising X20Cr13 steel operating rod with thread obtained by the cold rolling process, which helps maintain the steel structure and increase its mechanical resistance.
• Rod sealing system with Graphite seals, with adjustable gland.
• Top of the wedge designed with a "soft stop" system, which acts as an end stop, for the valve fully open
• Brass key nut, firmly anchored in the key, avoiding vibrations and ensuring greater longevity
• Graphite body/cover seal entirely housed in a cavity designed to couple it, surrounding the screws, ensuring a perfect sealing
• PFA 64 or 100
• Flange drilling: ISO PN64 and PN100 from DN50 to 600
• Use temperature: +0°C (Without ice) at +80°C.
