RYL valves are 100% hydraulically operated control valves that maintain and stabilize the downstream pressure at a constant value regardless of flow demands and variation in downstream pressure. Normally equipped with visual position indicators, body made of ductile iron with epoxy coating and internal parts of stainless steel.
The valve is designed to reduce pressure loss, noise and damage associated with cavitation. The RYL control valve of the XLC S series is completely modular and can be used for a wide range of applications
Epoxy coating according to FBT technology, blue color RAL 5005.
Application internal and external with a minimum coating thickness of 250 μm.

Upstream, downstream pressure and flow are necessary for correct sizing.
The AC anti-cavitation device is recommended for resistance against cavitation and precise regulation in low flow cases .
A minimum length of 3 DN upstream of the valve is recommended for better precision.
Downstream driver adjustment ranges:
Blue spring: from 0.7 to 7 bars.< /li>
Red spring: from 1.5 to 15 bars.
Higher values up to 25 bars on request.
Values lower than 0.7 bars available with high sensitivity drivers.
