Product Description
  • The Hydroélec Step by Step valve is a 100% hydraulically operated control valve that opens and closes in response to signals applied to the pilot circuit solenoid valve. Thanks to the CSA needle valves located on the pilot circuit, the reaction time for opening and closing can be adjusted independently of each other to ensure smooth and precise regulation. A manual emergency circuit is usually provided with valve in the event of a power failure. the valve is normally equipped with a 4-20 mA position transmitter and manufactured with an epoxy-coated ductile iron body and stainless steel internal parts.
  • Progressive opening, closing and positioning with speed control using two solenoid valves.
  • Starting and stopping of pumping installations.
  • Adjustment of flow and/or pressure parameters within the network.
  • Adapted regulation function to remotely controlled networks (often associated with a remote management system).
  • The valve is designed to reduce pressure loss, noise and damage linked to cavitation. The RYL control valve is completely modular and can be used for a wide range of applications
  • Epoxy coating according to FBT technology, color blue RAL 5005.
  • Internal and external application with a minimum coating thickness of 250 μm.
  • Epoxy coating, approved for drinking water, electrostatically applied according to DIN 3476-1.

Compliance with standards:

  • Tested according to EN 12266.
  • Face-to-face dimensions ISO 5752-1.

Approval:

  • ACS (Certificate of Health Conformity).

the solenoid valve is important and changes with the size of the valve and the operating pressure.

Valve operation:

  • Closing the valve when the solenoid valve located downstream is closed and the one upstream remains open, the water is directed to the control chamber of the main valve, thus causing it to close.
  • Opening of the valve when the downstream solenoid valve is open and the upstream solenoid valve is closed, the water is evacuated from the control chamber, which allows the opening of the main valve.
  • Maintaining in intermediate position the simultaneous closing of the upstream and downstream solenoid valves makes it possible to stabilize the valve in an intermediate position.
  • The combined control of the opening and closing of the two solenoid valves thus allows precise adjustment over the entire stroke of the valve, from the fully open to fully closed position.

Conditions of use:

  • Minimum operating pressure: 0.7 bar.
  • Maximum operating pressure: 16 bars
  • Higher values on request.
  • Maximum fluid temperature: 70°C.

Electric control characteristics:

  • Voltage: 24 V DC, 24 V/50 Hz, 230 V/50 Hz. other voltages on request.
  • Consumption electrical: AC call (VA) 24, AC hold (VA) 17 (8 W), DC hot/cold coil 8/9 W.

Options:

  • Linear position transmitter with mA output (RYL CSPL model).
  • Linear position transmitter On-off (RYL CSPO model) water
  • Fire protection networks
  • Irrigation networks
