Tapped ball valve

• Full passage ensured by total clearance of the ball from dirty water, without clogging.
• Low pressure losses due to full passage.
• Self-cleaning ball lifted by the flow and guided to the lateral housing where it disappears completely.
• Sealing even at low pressure thanks to the elastomer-coated ball in both the horizontal and vertical directions ascending.
• Non-encrustable materials:
• Resin, aluminum or cast iron ball, NBR overmolded, according to DN.
• Cap seal: NBR.
• Body: GS cast iron
• Anti-corrosion protection: interior/exterior epoxy resin.
• Bolts: A2 stainless steel.
• Easy maintenance: Cap removable, allowing replacement of the ball.

Characteristics

• Range: - DN25 to 80 (G1 to G3) tapped.
• Temperature of use: -10°C to +50°C.
• Watertightness: according to NF EN 12050-4.
• Tapping with “gas” profile according to standards ISO 228-1 and NF E 03-005.

Applications

• Discharge stations for wastewater and charged or viscous fluids.
